Olios Health provides independent physicians and physician groups with comprehensive business support over the many phases of their practices' growth, development and success. Olios Health improves physicians' professional lives by relieving them of the complexities and frustrations of the business aspects of medicine, and maximizing the efficiency and competitiveness of each practice.
Meet our executive team 
Clayton A. Varga, MD, MHSM | Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Varga received his Doctor of Medicine from USC, and later completed a residency in Anesthesiology and a fellowship in Pain Management at UCLA. Dr. Varga subsequently returned to USC as the Director of Pain Management and became a founding member of the American Academy of Pain Management. In 1990, Dr. Varga moved his practice to Pasadena, and over time this evolved into the Pasadena Rehabilitation Institute.
Dr. Varga served as the Corporate Medical Director for Summit Health, developing 20 pain management centers under the corporate trademark over the southwestern United States. He has also developed pain-management centers for other corporate entities, hospitals and individual physicians, starting more than 40 new centers in the last 20 years. In the mid 1990s, Dr. Varga earned a Master's degree from the Department of Health Systems Management at Tulane University and subsequently completed the Mergers and Acquisitions Program at the UCLA Anderson School of Business. Dr. Varga is the founder and CEO of Olios Health, and currently owns, operates or manages more than 20 separate practices and facilities throughout Southern California. He enjoys live theater, classical music, the acquisition of knowledge and spending time with family and friends. 
Matt
Talbot | Chief Operating Officer
Matt Talbot has helped grow and manage more than 20 practices and
facilities throughout Southern California since teaming up with Olios
Health's CEO Dr. Clayton Varga in 1996. Matt attended the University of
California, Irvine and graduated in 1996 with a B.S. degree in Biological
Sciences. Upon graduation, Matt joined the Pasadena Rehabilitation Institute
(PRI) and has worked throughout the practice in various capacities. In
doing so he gained extensive knowledge of the ins and outs of a medical
practice and learned how to efficiently and effectively implement new
processes. During the past few years, Matt has improved patient check-in
procedures, implemented an easy-to-use electronic authorization system
and has helped increase the efficiency of numerous medical facilities.
In his free time, Matt enjoys surfing up and down the California coast.

Damian
Dyer | Chief Information Officer
Damian Dyer has more than 15 years of experience working in the Information
Technology (IT) field as a consultant, project manager, network designer,
and administrator. Damian attended the California Polytechnic State University,
Pomona and graduated in 1995 with a B.S. degree in Psychology. He believes
that the primary goals of Information Technology in the healthcare industry
are to improve patient care, increase efficiency and safeguard critical
data. Damian leads the Olios Health IT department to empower every practice
to achieve these three major functions through expert-level problem solving,
thorough work-flow analysis and the deployment of the latest technologies.
A former Marine, Damian enjoys adventuring on his motorcycle and cherishes
the time he spends with his family.

Trish Park | Director of Billing & Collections
Trish Park has had more than 15 years of experience working at senior levels in the health care industry. She specializes in efficient and cost-effective management of billing and collections receivables as well as revenue cycle management. Prior to joining Olios Health, she worked at renowned health care organizations including Kaiser Permanente, Kerlan-Jobe Ambulatory Surgery Center and the Grossman Burn Center. She also enjoys the outdoors, watching movies and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Laura Ferreiro | Director of Marketing
Laura Ferreiro has more than 15 years of experience spearheading marketing, communications, PR and branding initiatives for an array of clients in the medical, non-profit and corporate spheres. She specializes in creating effective branding and marketing strategies to grow business and revenue, raise profile, gain and retain patient referrals, improve image and reputation and solidify client loyalty. She has launched numerous high-profile marketing and publicity campaigns in the U.S. and the U.K.
She has also worked extensively as a journalist, contributing to publications including the Los Angeles Times, Variety, LA Weekly, NME, Congressional Quarterly and The Press Enterprise. Laura holds a Master's degree in Communications from California State University, Los Angeles and a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Riverside. When she's not out concert-hopping or encouraging friends and family to conserve energy and water, Laura enjoys playing beach volleyball and finding her way around far-flung foreign cities.


Alexander Varga, AIA, NCARB | Principal Architect
Alexander Varga has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, with 15 years of specialization in the design and construction of healthcare facilities including medical offices, physical therapy facilities, drug rehabilitation centers, and ambulatory surgery centers. He has also designed and built custom residential projects, veterinary clinics and a range of commercial and industrial projects. In addition, he has many years of experience securing entitlements for clients with challenging projects, including conditional use permits, variances, modifications and building permits.
Alexander studied art, architecture and pre-medicine as an undergraduate at Yale University and received his Master's degree in architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. He holds architectural licenses in the states of California and Connecticut, is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is NCARB certified. His philosophy of medical architecture design is a humanistic one that places the client and the patient at the center of the design equation.
